What's This? Choice Customer Codes

Your customer code is a combination of characters that uniquely identifies your account within the Choice Catering Equipment system and allows us to match your existing customer data to our website.

Finding your Customer Code

You’ll find your customer account code located on three formal documents:

The packing slip that comes with your goods

Trade Accounts

All customer codes that do not have a leading “Z” in the characters signify that you have a formal trade credit account with us, giving you payment terms of 20 days after statement date for your monthly outstanding balance with us.

Entry of your code will bring up your customer details on the web site. If you wish to use the site to initiate orders for purchases to be charged to your trade account, please apply for activation.

We will ask you to complete a User Agreement outlining your responsibilities for the security of your account on the web site, after which we will activate your trading account on the Web, and confirm your login and password.

Z Accounts

For those of you who have an account that begins with a leading “Z” in the characters, then you have an informal 7 day cash trading account with us.

While entering your code will bring up your customer details on the web site, you will not be able to use this account to initiate orders on the web site.

However, you will be able to use your credit card to make purchases - for many of you this may be more attractive due to better terms of credit on your credit card, and the availability of rewards offered by your credit card issuer. Once these credit details are set up on our web site, you should find this a very convenient way to manage your purchases and potentially your overall account with us.

If you wish to upgrade your trading account with Choice, you’ll need to apply for full credit through a formal credit application. Approval of these credit privileges will be subject to normal credit approval and security procedures. If you are interested in a full trading account, please contact us.

ZZZ Codes

Some of our mailing materials may have a “ZZZ” leading characters printed on them - this signifies that you are maintained as a valued contact of Choice, but does not provide any trading account privileges. However, we welcome you as a new customer on our web site, and ask that you establish your profile with us.
